Brexit market reaction bodes well for US REITs
US REITs stand to benefit from the uncertainty created by the UK’s vote to leave the EU as foreign investors seek safety and yield, experts say. Brexit is driving down the yield on 10-year Treasurys, which drives real estate up, said Alexander Goldfarb, senior REIT analyst at Sandler O’Neill.
