Court orders document disclosure in Fannie, Freddie lawsuit
A federal appeals court has ruled that the US Justice Department must disclose documents related to its decision to seize Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac’s profits in August 2012. Fairholme Funds is suing the government, arguing that the action was an illegal seizure of private property.
